Handmade footwear made with Mexican textiles, loom embroidered on a pedal machine by artisans from the state of Chiapas, Mexico.

Handcrafted by Mexican artisans, using 100% made in Mexico materials.

Note: if they are half numbers, choose the half number less (example if you are 4 1/2 (7.5 in US)  choose #4 (#7 US) because it is leather and they give themselves with use (they loosen a little)

PLEASE keep in mind that this is an embroidered product, so the embroidery pattern and colors may vary on each piece.

EXCHANGES:
We will only allow exchanges within 3 days from the date of receipt and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the items you wish to exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


RETURNS:
We do not accept returns.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you must contact us WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving your shipment.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package (if you do not receive the email, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the tracking number).
